Herpes: This could be genital herpes, assuming you are sexually active. The other main possiblity is a severe yeast infection. See a doctor ASAP: if herpes, you must be seen early for treatment to be most effective and for most accurate diagnostic tests. A local GUM clinic or sexual health centre would be an excellent choice if uncertain about your GP's expertise in STDs and genital infections. Gd luck!
