Mole changes: Mole danger signs include symptoms such as itching, bleeding, color change, size change, pain, open sore formation. Most of the time it is nothing serious, but should always go to the doctor to have it checked out. A biopsy may be warranted, which entails removing a small portion or all of the mole under local anesthesia, then sending it to be examined by a pathologist.
