I squatted really low and jumped all of a sudden i felt pain right after the jump inside of my knee , my mechanics are perfect for jumping and landing , i m a basketball player . this is a bit old but was never a problem , just a sideline thing?

Knee pain after jump: Can you walk? can be a number of things. tendonitis, meniscus tear, strain on ligaments patello-femoral sndrome, early arthritis. Try ice elevation kinesiotape , brace motrin like products if not allergic for a few day. May need MRI to assess anatomy if persists. F/u/ w/ orthopedist.
