My daughter has a armpit temperature of 99 degrees fahrenheit, is this ok or is it to high?

Too high for what ?: The common adage is to add a degree or two to an armpit temperature to yield a core temperature comparison. If so this is a low grade fever. It is common to many self healing viral infections & usually accompanied with other symptoms. Rest & proper fluids/nutrition are the usual self care needs with such a situation. Without more information this is is a minimal issue.
