To consider...: This is quite common. So long as she is not showing signs of puberty, it isn't serious. (if she is, alert her pediatrician). Some pros believe this is an incipient lactose sensitivity. Others that it may be a reaction to hormones in milk. Try stopping dairy products for a couple of weeks. If that works, try reintroducing only organic dairy. Go with what works. In any case, deodorant should work.
