You yourself?: Assuming that you live somewhere with access to medical care i would not recommend fixing a slipped disc yourself. Depending on the severity and specific symptoms conservative treatment with physical therapy and injection to name some examples may be indicated, if there is pressure on a specific nerve sometimes surgery can be recommended to decompress that nerve.
