Low sperm count: If your count is 14 million, and the motility is good, ask your healthcare provider to refer you to a fertility clinic, where insemination can be performed directly into the uterus after washing the ejaculate. If this is unsuccessful, "in vitro fertilization" using "ICSI" (intracytoplasmic sperm infusion) where eggs can be fertilized with minimal sperm after retrieval.
