Yes, poor quality: Indeed the report of semen analysis showed poor qulity in motility. For low motility, i would like to know if there're many pus cells (white blood cells) in the semen and if you have significant varicocele. As to if you're going to impregnate your sexual partner or not, please remember: the result is just saying you have much lower likelihood to conceive, not 100% yes or no.
