A member asked:

Hello doctor. i am a medical student i had heart pain and dyspnea. so i underwent ecg. could you explain that?

Explain what ?: You get the most from this site if you post enough background info to support whatever question you ask. If you are concerned they did an ECG, they did so to rule out any heart issue. Most "heart" pain in the young adult is heart burn, triggered by irritation in the esophagus which enters the stomach behind the heart. Ruling out a rare heart issue is reasonable.
