Approxiamate guess: I'm guessing that you have already had surgery. Stage 1 pancreatic cancer has an approximate 5 year survival of 15-20%. That means that if you take every patient that has stage 1 pancreatic cancer, then 15-20% of those patients would be alive in 5 years. Remember that every patient is different and that every cancer is different.
