What caused me to vomit after drinking 4 glasses of water?

Excess water intake: Why would you drink 4 glasses of water in a row? Were you out running, in a contest, or just playing? Likely stimulated the vagus nerve which produced reflex gag reflex and elimination of all the water through the mouth. Not good to do this. Seek treatment if it occurs again.
