is three glasses of water (600ml) too much water to drink in just an hour? could it cause water intoxication??

Could: One episode of drinking this much water may be okay but not on an on-going basis. It would be healthier to pace your intake over 4-hours. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
