I barely ever get sick and lately i've been feeling sick almost every time i eat i eat but other times, it just comes randomly. what could cause this?

Many possibilities: I would get this checked out by the gastroenterologist. Celiac disease or IBD could cause these symptoms. It is also possible that it is anxiety.
