Yes: It's all a matter of semantics. Unless you're using contraception, you're considered fertile as long as you ovulate regularly. However, you won't get pregnant unless you have sex a few days before thru a few days after ovulation (sperm can live for several days inside you). So yes, you can get pregnant by engaging in unprotected sex 4 days prior to ovulation.
