Period post miscrg: The return of regular menses following a miscarriage is usually in at least 10-12 weeks, but remember that ovulation will always precede the period, and if you have resumed sexual relations, it is possible that you may be pregnant again. Early miscarriage in a "first pregnancy" is a common event, and usually not recurrent.
