A miscarriage is complete once the pregnancy blood level hCG has been checked and is normal, or 0 or not-detectable depending on the lab. Continued bleeding could be a result of "retained products of conception", or fetal tissue, depending how far someone was in a pregnancy. Bleeding during intercourse could be a result vaginal bleeding, cervix trauma, or old period blood

Assuming this is painless and not worsening, you can safely continue to monitor it at least through the current cycle and see if it persists after your next period. This could be part of a normal recovery. If you are taking birth control then it is probably related to that. Retention of some portion of the pregnancy or cervical/uterine polyps are less likely.
