Could be: rhino-sinusitis, inflammation of nasal cavity and sinuses, which can be part of a generalized infection, probably viral. Rest, fluids, painkillers, saline nasal washes, etc.. if no improvement in 2-3 days or new symptoms appear, kindly see your doctor
