I want to get pregnant and my endocrinologist says wait. if i went ivf what would be highest level clinics would say ok? my t4 is 69 and t3 is 41. if i know the risks, should be my decision, or physically impossible at these levels?

I have hypothyroidism. Elevated TSH. Normal T3 and T4. Antibody test was negative. Endocrinologist still refers to it as Hashimotos and says that's "most likely" the cause. Why would that be if I have no antibodies?
