Could be serious: Blackouts or seizures can be serious If there is an underlying neurological or cardiac problems that could be life threatening and should be addresses ASAP Even if the origin is a psychological reason Which triggers a physiological response which causes you to pass out that needs to be addressed Neuro & physical exams are in order along with a psychiatric evaluation and then treatment plan
