Prostate pblms?: At your age, "prostate problems" are rare. Swelling of the urethra will decrease the "pressure" which accompanies the output of urine or the ejaculate. This may be caused by an acquired STD such as chlamydia or gonorrhea. Get a referral to a urologist to confirm.
