Sudafed: Many people are intolerant of Sudafed as it is a stimulant and a relative of adrenaline. It raises pulse rate and blood pressure while causing sleep disturbance and overactivity and even tremulousness. You may minimize these side effects by only using a nasal spray as a decongestant.
