Can sudocrem treat shingles rash around my chest ,or is there a better alternative?

Depends: If you have shingle, sudocrem will not make a difference. If your rash is present on both sides of the mid-line, it would not be shingles. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an accurate diagnosis and to determine if any interventions is needed. Wish you good health!
