I had shingles this past june,it went away but i still have this really small rash on top of my chest where the shingles was,im supposed to get my yearly mammogram fri,since the rash is near my breast i thought i should get it done.is it shingles?

This may be discoloration of the skin (called hyperpigmentation) at the site of the lesions from your previous shingles. Ask your PCP about this, to be sure.
