My cycle started on the 1st of the month and on the 11th and 12th i had spotting (which was a first) and mild to severe pain in my lower abdomen could i be pregnant or could it be a more serious condition?

Spotting: Spotting at essentially mid cycle can be normal, but abdominal pain can indicate an ovarian cyst or an infection. See your gyn provider for an exam and testing.
