I have sharp unrelenting pain in my right foot. general tenderness in my left. the systoms have been unrelenting for almost 3 week.

I would of sought: Treatment two weeks ago. It's apparent it's not getting any better, go to a foot specialist to find out what it is. Unfortunately, there isn't enough info in this query to hypothesize a diagnosis. Can you be more specific what part of the foot? Any injury ? Any other medical problems?
