Bilateral: Since your symptoms seem to involve both ears, I am suspicious that you're developing blockages of your eustachian tubes. Congestion in the back of the nose is the usual cause of the blockage of these tubes which connect to the ear If you sense nasal congestion building, irrigate your nasal passages with warm salt water and/or spray a nasal decongestant spray into both nostrils to open the passage
