Have a strange pressure like sensation which started on sunday behind my ear on side of my head like some things is going to burst a heavy feeling on my head and now on the right side too making me feel weird when walk like something is stiff?

Bilateral: Since your symptoms seem to involve both ears, I am suspicious that you're developing blockages of your eustachian tubes. Congestion in the back of the nose is the usual cause of the blockage of these tubes which connect to the ear If you sense nasal congestion building, irrigate your nasal passages with warm salt water and/or spray a nasal decongestant spray into both nostrils to open the passage
