Maybe/not: A concussion would imply that you lost consciousness or had a memory loss of the period prior to or just after the event. The face is made with air filled chambers (sinuses) that help protect the brain from direct trauma while the back of the skulls thickness does the same thing. If you did not lose consciousness, I doubt you can have a concussion.
