Cold: Some people are more intolerant of cold than others. Other possibilities include being underweight, anxious,anemic, having underactive thyroid or adrenal insufficiency. When your extremities are cold,your body is shunting blood circulation into the core of your body to warm it up. Perhaps all you need is to wear more clothing than others around you.

Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine
