Noticed a irregular 1mm mole on ear. it wiped away with a baby wipe skin is a bit pink underneath but no pigment seen. could this be melanoma?

Unlikely to be Melan: Melanoma is typical >5-6 mm in diameter, so the spot that you removed is unlikely to be a melanoma. But watch this area carefully over the next 6-12 months and observe any local growth or changes like pigmented mole which will imply that you may be dealing with a melanoma. Otherwise this area should heal and look like normal skin 3 to 6 months time. Good luck.
