My doc said my spleen is not visible on cat scan but i have never had it out. i had random pain in stomach area,went to er urinalysis was all blood ?

Well: Firstly. Not visible does not mean absent. Just means could not. E seen for whatever reason perhaps positional. Now if still having abdominal issues find a primary doctor and work on an evaluation. There are numerous possibilities for your discomfort
