Recheck with doctor: As in my reply to your previous question, yeast is not a likely cause of abdominal or back pain. There are non-STD infections that could do this, as well as certain STDs that don't show up with standard testing. Make sure your doctor or clinic knows you're having the back and abdominal pain, especially if they are continuing despite taking yeast treatment; and follow their advice. Good luck!
