Nail problem: An organized hyper-granulation tissue or a granuloma is a reactive process to an insult to the surrounding area. Knowing that the granulation tissue is adjacent to your nail, it's likely due to an ingrown nail. It will slough off once the source of the insult is gone. Or you could have your doctor excise and cauterize it. Also your doctor need to address the underlying issue with your nail as well
