Probably none: If your bicuspic aortic valve is not seriously constricted (aortic stenosis) or leaking (regurgitation), it shouldn't increase risks of being pregnancy or have any other effect on your pregnancy. But check with your obstetrician if in doubt -- or with your cardiologist if you have seen one. Best wishes for a safe and successful pregnancy!
