3 or two cusps: The aortic, tricuspid, and pulmonic valves all have three cusps. The mitral valve is the only valve with two cusps.

Atria/venticle: The tricuspid valve is located between the right atria and right ventricle. It is the largest of the 4 valves of the heart. The bicuspid valve is located between the left atria and left ventricle. It is also known as the mitral valve.
