Many but: A slower than normal heart beat is not arrhythmia but bradycardia. A well-conditioned person who exercises regularly may have a low heart rate which is not abnormal. But if you are not a physically active person having a heart rate dropped from the low 70s to the high 50's may be of concern. Heart rate varies from time to time depending on your physical or emotional state plus caffeine.
