BCP:diarrhea: The diarrhea is not generally associated with taking a BCP. This will not interfere with the birth control aspect of the BCP in any case. Taking "an extra pill" five times in a month will sometimes cause breakthrough bleeding, however, since a "double dose" creates a higher estrogen level, and bleeding comes from that level dropping after a day or two.
