Why: You can get this from ebay, or from a medical supply house. You would need a blood sample for it to give the proper data. Or is your goal to measure the cholesterol in your foods which requires sophisticated laboratory apparatus from a clinical or chemical supply house. Depends on what you are trying to accomplish.
