Vaginitis: Bacteria present in the rectal area can certainly cause vaginal discharge, especially with rectal prolapse. See your gyn provider for treatment. Ask about possible corrective surgery options for the rectal prolapse.

So, when I prolapse my anus, I can see dots on my anus. They are not in a form of lump or bump, neither causes discharge or anything. But are they perianal abscess? If dot is a hole, still it can be an perianal abscess?
