Yes and no: In the past this has always been a "no-no". There are several potentiating effects that can be potentially harmful, such as increasing risk of low blood pressure, bradycardia (slow heart rate) and others. More importantly, the search and working on a plan to optimize your health to reduce the risk of whatever the reason that you are on these ?heart rate or ?blood pressure or both.
