I need to know if this qualifies for a handicap parking permit. i am at high risk of degenerative disk disease and my back pain worsens the longer i am on my feet, especially walking. ?

Read permit: Most permits are provided for those that require an assisted device to ambulate or cannot ambulate comfortably without one for greater than 200 feet. The instructions are stated on the back of the form and a doctor should assess if the patient qualifies for a handicap parking permit. Based on your information, it is unlikely that you qualify. I would suggest working with physical therapy.
