Possibly: The symptoms you mention could well be due to nerve impingement in your lower back. Your information says you had an MRI. Was it of the lower back, and if so what were the results? Discuss with your doctor and seek evaluation by a neurologist if the MRI was negative, and by a spinal surgeon if it was positive.
