Rule out hepatitis: A number of possible causes, but two weeks of nausea and yellow stools with a low grade fever for two weeks suggests hepatitis. Although jaundice is a frequent feature of hepatitis quite a lot of people do not have jaundice. Hepatitis A, B and C all need to be tested for as does CMV, EBV, Toxoplasmosis and HIV. Are you taking any medicines?
