Mri of brain, shows a "hole", also there are few black spots (2-3)like marker point size,this is after 10 yrs multiple tbi. what does that mean?

TBI brain holes.: Without seeing the MRI cannot say. But suspect part of your brain is dead there from TBi. But can be due to many other things such as high blood pressure.
