Pop wisdom: There's no science / real papers here. The internet has people claiming that both lack of sleep and too much sleep cause acne; obviously they are seeing faces in the clouds. Truth is that in the long run, your body will give itself the sleep it needs. There's other good reasons not to sleep-deprive yourself, and all acne is manageable nowadays.
