Safe: It is medically safe to use duo therapy of buproprion and depsonil/imipramine, but depsonil has been reported to decrease sex drive in 30-40% of individuals in spite of improving depression, whereas a higher percentage have problems with SSRI's. Also, 25 mg is a low dose.
