Yes, potentially: although I don't think I would put Risperdal into the mix unless there was concern about either some thought disorder (schizoaffective or schizotypal) or evidence of bipolar disorder. Buspar (buspirone) is effective, but often the dose has to be gradually upped to the 60-90 mg range. Sometimes Wellbutrin may make anxiety worse, particularly if it is immediate release. The extended release forms are better.
