Sinus Rinse: Hello, I would recommend NeilMed Sinus Rinse used as directed. Wait ~ 1-2 minutes then spray generic Flonase 2sprays both nostrils once daily. This medicine combination can be used long term to help keep nasal pathways and sinuses open. This also helps treat allergy. I hope this helps.
