Just what it says: It means you have one or more of those 14 HPV types. Presumably this is on a pap smear result, right? Even with the high risk HPV types, the vast majority of infections do not progress to cancer. But better safe than sorry, so follow your doctor's advice about further evaluation (e.g. colposcopy?) and follow-up pap smears.
