Depends: If age <3 months and particularly <6 weeks more risk of serious infection so yes. If older provided still making urine, breathing ok not drowsy and not persistent vomiting may be viral and ok to watch at home but do so carefully and if any of the above should be seen urgently by either ED or afterhours dr or GP if can fit in
