24 y/o, nearsighted female with two lesions on left eye macula. no major health issues and no family history of eye problems besides nearsightedness. flashing and floaters began after birth of first child (did have gestational diabetes).

Not enough info: What are the "lesions"? they could be old scars from a very benign process Did the floaters and flashes go away? Did you have a dilated retinal examination?
